Dean Fresonke
Founder and CEO
Dean Fresonke is the founder and CEO of Red Planet Media. He brings a track record of creating companies delivering new services right at the cusp of broad industry adoption. Prior to Red Planet Media, Dean was founder and CEO of ClearSky Mobile Media, where he led the introduction of mobile Internet access services for Latin American carriers in the early 2000’s and then the subsequent introduction of entertainment services and downloadable content to Latin and U.S carriers.
Mr. Fresonke also founded Data on Air, Inc. in 1995 as a training company to wireless carriers looking to launch the first generation of data services. Data on Air evolved into the premier provider of carrier-branded vehicle tracking and dispatch services. Data on Air was acquired by Brience in 2000 and Dean served as EVP of Carrier Services. Dean graduated cum lauda from the University of Florida with a Master’s degree in robotic engineering and starting his career at Bell Laboratories where he managed software development for semiconductor plants in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Maryann Moschides
President
Maryann Moschides is President of Red Planet Media, bringing over 17 years in business development, marketing and strategic roles for wireless technology companies.
Prior to joining Red Planet Media, Maryann spent seven years at NextWave where she held several key positions; most recently Vice President, Corporate Communications where she played a leading role in all aspects of corporate marketing, including messaging, events, websites, and brand execution. As Director of Wireless Data Services at NextWave she was involved with product definitions, MVNO partnerships, and mobile data initiatives.
Jim Henley
Vice President, Business Development
Jim brings over a decade of experience in creating innovative video delivery strategies for the Internet. At Red Planet, Jim has been responsible for aggregating compelling content for existing/developing syndication partners, along with growing the company’s advertising capabilities through innovative technologies and business relationships.
Before Red Planet, Jim has been responsible for developing corporate video over IP strategies in a wide variety of entertainment companies including Sunset Comedy Jam, Live from the Downtown Comedy Club, Brillstein Gray Entertainment, Endimol and William Morris Endeavor. He has managed collaborations with Movie Link, Organic Inc., and Sirius Satellite Radio along with many other projects that involve video content delivery over the Internet.
